About Me

In addition to the typical software stack, you can often find me designing and developing games with my fellow developers at Hexcaliber Games.
Here are some of the tools I use most frequently:
HTML5/CSS/Sass/JavaScript/React (Native) for frontend development
Node.js and Django for backend development
C# with Unity for game development
Adobe XD and Figma for design
Linux of all flavors as my OS of choice
Teaching
I am currently a TA for CS 61A at Berkeley.
Spring 2022 will be my 5th time teaching the course; I'm excited to be back! (If you're a 61A student, hello!! I hope to see you around in lab/discussion/office hours :)
Aside from 61A, I am also a CSM tech mentor and head facilitator for the Linux SysAdmin Decal. Last summer, I was an Instructional Assistant for ATDP's data structures course.

Featured Projects
Trackversal
With thousands of bikes, laptops, and other valuables getting stolen or misplaced every day, many of us have considered getting a GPS tracker to find our items-- only to realize that they cost upwards of $15/month to operate!
Trackversal is a hybrid Bluetooth-GPS tracking system that aims to make asset tracking affordable and accessible by everyone. As the primary full-stack developer on the team, I ensure that our software stack (React Native, Node.js, MongoDB) is feature-rich and user friendly.
Trackversal is currently at the pre-seed funding stage and is supported by CalHacks Fellowship as well as Berkeley SkyDeck.

SysAdmin DeCal
I'm currently a head facilitator for the Linux Systems Administration DeCal, a student-run course managed by the Open Computing Facility that serves as a crash course for UNIX systems, server engineering, and computer security.
As a facilitator, I help develop course materials, manage logistics, and give lectures.
All course materials will be available online to everyone- so even if you're not a Berkeley student, feel free to join in on the fun!

LaunchHacks
In 2019, I organized a 24 hour long hackathon for 100 high school students in Fremont, CA.
As the lead organizer, I had the opportunity to work on many different aspects such as web development, contacting sponsors, and running workshops.
Organizing a hackathon for the first time took a lot of work, but I'm glad we were able to successfully contribute to the vibrant hackathon community!
