- soba noodles
1 - sesame oil
- seasoned rice vinegar
- low sodium soy sauce
- chili oil
steps
- Boil soba noodles in a pot. Do NOT add salt.
- Drain noodles and rinse extremely well (3-5 minutes) under cold water.
2 - Put noodles in a bowl. Add sesame oil, chili oil, rice vinegar, and soy sauce in any desired ratio.
